Gordon D'Arcy is miffed that nobody knows he's on Twitter
RUGBY FANS ARE gearing up for the Six Nations today, with the announcement of the side that will take on Italy in Rome on Saturday.
In an unusual move, the players in were named using their Twitter handles - Today FM journalist Gavan Reilly noted that since Gordon D’Arcy wasn’t on the team, it was the first time the whole lot of them were on Twitter.
D’Arcy might have taken being left off the team in his stride…
…But he was miffed about no one knowing he’s on Twitter.
Even Dara Ó Briain leapt to his defence:
Poor Gordon. Sure he’s only got 22,200 followers.
